We specialise in residential, industrial, lifestyle properties and subdivisions throughout Eastbourne and the Bays, Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt. We also undertake valuations for insurance purposes.

Valuations of special projects we have been involved with include – subdivisions of Pinehill, Riverstone Terraces, Kingsley Gardens, Marua Palms, Mount Marua and Emerald Hill.

Spencer became a Registered Valuer in May 1977 – Registration Certificate No. 1890. He has been a sole practitioner since May 1985 and, initially, worked throughout the Wellington area before specialising in the Hutt Valley.

Spencer has a wide knowledge of the property market from an appraisal and valuation perspective. He also follows the market from an investment point of view.

 

Spencer has built up an extensive valuation property portfolio, and has an in-depth record of real estate in the Eastern Bays and Hutt Valley. This is based on accurate scale floor plans of all buildings and survey plans of the land.

 

One of his specialties is investigating the potential properties have for further redevelopment with regard to alterations, additions and changes in floor plan. This includes advice and feasibility studies on proposed land subdivisions and new building developments.

Campbell has been working for Spencer Logan Valuations since 2011, originally part-time while studying, and full-time since 2013.

Campbell completed his Graduate Diploma in Urban Valuation at Massey University in 2013, and has worked on a wide range of valuations, from the lower-end properties to multi-million dollar dwellings, as well as a number of the new subdivisions around Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt, including Riverside Gardens, Wallaceville Estate, Amberley Gardens, Fairview Estate, Parkway Rise, Merton Gardens, Fergusson Green, Parkview and Te Puna Wai.
